Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the website and services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by KireKawa (hereinafter referred to as “we”). Users of this Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) agree to these Terms upon using the Service.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all Users of this Service. Guidelines, notices, and other regulations provided by us shall form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Details)

We provide reservation procedures and related information for salons. The details of salons and services available for reservation shall be determined separately.

Article 3 (User Registration)

Users must complete registration using the prescribed method. If the information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse or cancel the registration. Users must promptly notify us of any changes to their registered information.

Article 4 (Fees and Payments)

At the time of reservation, the user will be required to enter payment information (such as a credit card) to secure a provisional authorization. The information provided will be securely managed by a third-party payment agency. The actual service fee must be paid by the user directly at the salon on the day of the visit, using the payment method accepted by the salon (cash, credit card, electronic payment, etc.). After the visit, the authorized amount will be released and the user will not be charged. Even if a temporary charge occurs, the full amount will be refunded to the user after the visit. The refund period may vary depending on the card issuer and may take several weeks. If a cancellation fee applies according to the cancellation policy, it will be automatically charged using the user's payment information provided at the time of booking. Some card issuers may automatically release the authorization after a certain period. In such cases, the authorization may be reacquired to maintain the user's reservation. If a debit card is used, a second charge may occur due to reauthorization. In all cases, any authorized amounts will be refunded to the user after the visit. The refund process and cancellation fee handling follow the same procedure as the initial authorization. Currency conversion amounts displayed in currencies other than Japanese Yen at the time of reservation are for reference only. The actual charge will be based on the payment method selected by the user and the exchange rate at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for any differences caused by currency rate fluctuations.

Article 5 (Confirmation of Reservation)

The reservation is confirmed when the user receives a confirmation notice. If the reservation is made shortly before the desired date and time, there may be delays in confirmation, and the salon may not be able to respond adequately before the requested time, depending on their availability.

Article 6 (Cancellation)

Cancellation by Users

If the user cancels within 24 hours of the reservation date and time or makes a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the separately defined Cancellation Policy and will be automatically settled based on the payment method specified at the time of reservation.

Cancellation by Salons

If the reservation is canceled due to reasons attributable to the salon, the user is entitled to a full refund. However, we are not responsible for cancellations due to salon circumstances, and no compensation or alternative reservations will be arranged other than a refund.

Article 7 (Refunds and Exchange Rate Gains and Losses)

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period according to the procedures established by us. We are not responsible for any gains or losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations between the payment and refund times.

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

Providing false information.
Unauthorized access or tampering with the system.
Using for commercial purposes
Disrupting the operations of other Users, salons, or the Service.
Any other actions deemed inappropriate by us.
Using any content on this Website, including comments and images, without our prior permission.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

We are not responsible for any disputes or agreements between users and salons (including but not limited to troubles arising from incorrect information about salons posted on this site). We are not responsible for any damages caused by network issues, system failures, or other technical problems.

Article 11 (Privacy)

We will appropriately handle users' personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy." By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Amendments to the Terms)

The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the Service after amendments indicates the User’s agreement to the revised Terms.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Osaka.
