Reservation Changes and Cancellation Policy

Please make sure to check the following cancellation policy regarding salon reservations. By confirming your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.

About Changing Your Reservation

If you need to change the reservation date, time, or menu, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new reservation for your desired date and time. Please note that direct changes to your reservation cannot be made.

About Reservation Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.

If you are late for the reservation time or do not show up (no-show), the salon may consider it a cancellation at its discretion, and cancellation fees may apply. For details, please contact the salon directly.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the reservation date and time: Free

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date and time: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

About Payment of Cancellation Fees

You will be required to enter your credit card information at the time of reservation, but no payment will be processed.

Please make the actual payment using the payment method specified by the salon (cash, credit card, electronic money, etc.) when you visit.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the reservation date and time, no charges will apply, and no cancellation fee will be billed.

Based on this cancellation policy, in case of a no-show or cancellation after the specified time, the cancellation fee will be automatically settled using the payment method specified at the time of reservation.

Please note that if no-show cancellations are repeated, we may suspend your account at our discretion.
