Tokyo is spacious and it's easy to wonder what to do. However, if you are traveling alone, this is your chance to enjoy your particular location in depth. This time, we will introduce five spots that are perfect for your first visit to Tokyo.

  1. Asakusa, Sensoji Temple

If you want to experience the Tokyo-like downtown atmosphere, head to Sensoji Temple. Passing through the large lanterns from Kaminarimon, you will be filled with the vibrant atmosphere of Nakamise Street. There is a crowd, but if you slowly draw fortune tickets by yourself or eat buns, you'll feel like you're traveling.

  1. Ueno Onshi Park

A wide green space in the city. There are many art museums and museums, so even one person can enjoy the culture easily. The flowers are beautiful for each season, and it is also recommended to relax while reading on the bench.

  1. Tokyo National Museum

Located within Ueno Park, you can take a closer look at Japanese history and art. A great feature when traveling alone is that you can watch at your own pace. The exhibition is full, so you may forget about time.

  1. Yoyogi Park

Yoyogi Park, known as an urban oasis, is a spacious space where you can refresh yourself. It's also great to take a walk, take a break on a bench, or spend some time relaxing at the cafe.

Walking along the stylish streets and visiting unique shops and cafes is another fun part of a solo trip. The best part of a free trip is finding a shop you're interested in and stopping by at your own pace.
