1. Where is the Nagaoka Fireworks Held?
The venue is on the riverbed of the Shinano River in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
The nearest station is "Nagaoka Station," and it's about a 20-30 minute walk to the venue.
On the day of the event, there is guidance from the station, so you won't get lost.
2. Access from Tokyo
・Joetsu Shinkansen from "Tokyo Station" to "Nagaoka Station" takes about 1 hour 40 minutes
・Including express fare, one-way around 8,000-9,000 yen
・On fireworks day, there may be extra trains, but securing reserved seats early is recommended for peace of mind
3. How to Get from Kansai and Nagoya Areas
・Take the Shinkansen to "Tokyo Station" and transfer to the Joetsu Shinkansen
・Or, there is a way to access Niigata City or Nagaoka City directly by overnight bus
・Travel time is about 6-8 hours. If you have confidence in your stamina, the bus is also recommended
4. If Using Highway Bus
・Overnight and daytime buses to Nagaoka run from Tokyo Station, Shinjuku Station, Ikebukuro Station, etc.
・Travel time about 5-6 hours, fare one-way around 3,000-5,000 yen (early bird discounts available)
・After arrival, you can walk from the station to the venue, but early movement is recommended
